Thrive sparks revolution inside each of our performers with 4 pillars of focus
Community - a welcoming space for every BODY, prioritizing connections in classes, and taking our love of dance and musical theatre into the wider Tri-Cities with performances and colaborations.
Technique -our class curriculum is created to be physically and developmentally appropriate for each level. We’re aiming for healthy growth over time - not sky rocketing growth that harms children in the long term.
Creativity - dance and musical theatre are art forms and here at Thrive, students learn how to do steps AND how to take those steps to create their own pieces of art. Often times in class, this looks like play, but don’t be fooled! Serious learning is going on WHILE we have fun.
Performing For Joy - Performances can get hijacked by perfection, criticism, and high stakes stress if you’re not careful. Thrive offers many levels of performing - from in class performances for family to competition and everything in between. You get to choose what works best for your family while keeping that joy alive!
You can see that what we don’t have on the list are
making professional ballerinas or tiktok stars
getting all the 1st place trophies at competitions
stressing our performers out with expectations of perfection
What kind of revolution will you spark today?
