Our Sprouts Intellidance Tykes class is a sensory-rich, high-energy sanctuary designed for our youngest movers and their favorite grown-ups.
We harness the power of play to teach your little one music and movement foundations that will stay with them for life.
All classes require caregiver participation
Sprouts Tots (Ages 2-4)
Is your toddler already bouncing to the beat the moment the music starts?
Our Sprouts class is a high-energy, heart-melting celebration of movement designed for kids ages 2–4 and their favorite adults.
This is more than a class—it’s a weekly dance party where you and your little one can groove side-by-side, building a foundation of rhythm and coordination through the power of play.
All Classes require caregiver participation.

What does a Tots Class look like?
Sprouts Kids (Ages 4-5)
If you feel like your child doesn't fit the "traditional ballet mold"—whether because of their boundless energy, their body type, or their beautifully unique personality—we want you to know that they belong here.
We know that traditional ballet can sometimes feel exclusive or overly strict for such a young age.
We believe that a child’s natural love for movement should be nurtured, not squashed by rigid rules meant for grown ups.
In this class, we celebrate every child exactly as they are, using a welcoming, positive approach to teach real technique through imagination and encouragement.
